a wellness brand with a spine
NutriHerb had good products and no digital spine. We built the identity, a storefront that converts and the sales motion that keeps it fed.

We had products and no system. Now there is a storefront that converts and a motion that keeps it fed.

the challenge
NutriHerb had good products and no digital spine. Identity, storefront and sales motion each existed in some form, and none of them talked to the others.
Wellness is a crowded, trust-driven category. Looking credible is not decoration — it is the difference between a considered purchase and a closed tab.
the strategy
We built the three pieces as one system: an identity that earns trust, a storefront that converts it, and a sales motion that keeps sending qualified people to both.

brand engineering
The brand identity came first — typography, colour and packaging logic that reads as considered rather than improvised.

brand presence
The system was designed for a catalogue that keeps growing, so new products slot in without a redesign each time.

platform redesign
The storefront was built around conversion: fewer decisions per screen, honest product information, and a checkout that does not lose people at the last step.

web & digital design
Everything is measured, so we can see where the drop-off actually is instead of guessing at it.

sustainability reports
A targeted sales strategy sits on top, sending the right traffic to the right product rather than buying volume and hoping.
